With a love for the water and a knack for creating delicious seafood dishes, Bayside Provisions was founded in the summer of 2023 by Ryan and Jessica Nagel with a clear mission - to share our favorite flavors, recipes, and famous family tartar sauce with the world.  Crafted for captains and chefs alike, our entire line of seafood specialty products is designed to celebrate the sportfish of the Great Lakes.  Ryan and Jessica can be found most weekends fishing around the Lake Erie Islands in their Lyman boat and hosting fish frys for family and friends.
