Best fried halibut using the batter light recipe and quick too! Soaked fish in milk, then shaken in dry batter mix and into hot peanut oil. Very crispy and nice golden brown. Looking forward to trying tartar sauce but had some Legal Seafood tartar sauce left to finish. I will definitely buy again.
This batter will make any fish delicious within minutes. We followed the easy instructions on the back of the bag and the fish came out amazing! The breading kept the fish nice and juicy on the inside. This batter is perfect for any type of fish and is great for a fish sandwich as well!
