    Delicious and versatile breading

    The breading is my favorite on Lake Erie Perch! However, I used it recently on eggplant parm and on pork cutlets and it was so delicious. I did a flour dredge, egg and milk wash and then the breading. Rave reviews on both meals!

    Definitely surprised me with the flavor,the crispy,breading was great,everyone loved it,now we are hooked….ordering was easy,and customer service was great….. how about a 5# bag offering?

    THE BREADING IS THE PERFECT MIX FOR ALL FRIED FISH. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND IT IS FOOLPROOF. JUST AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER THAN ANY RESTAURANT OR DINER. MY HUSBAND HAS TURNED INTO FISH FRY CHEF. JUST BOUGHT HIM AN APRON. ENJOY!
